IPS161HTR 일반적인 설명
The IPS161HTR, known by its alternative designation IPS161H, is a powerful monolithic device specifically designed to drive capacitive, resistive, or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. With an operating range of 60 V and a low on-resistance (Ron = 60 mΩ), this IC is an ideal choice for applications that demand higher SIL levels. Its extended diagnostic features, consisting of Open Load, Over Load, and Overtemperature detection, ensure comprehensive protection for the IC, application, and load against electrical and thermal overstress. Additionally, the IC is equipped with built-in overload and thermal shutdown protections, ensuring the safety of the device and the load in various operating conditions. To minimize power dissipation in the event of a short circuit, the IC features a low-dissipative short-circuit protection (cut-off) mechanism that limits the output average current value, preventing device overheating. The cut-off delay time can be tailored by soldering an external capacitor or disabled by a resistor on pin 4 (CoD). Furthermore, the DIAG common diagnostic open drain pin provides detailed reporting on the load status, including open load in off-state, cutoff (overload), and thermal shutdown.
