With 15.5 dB of gain, +22 dBm of saturated power, and 23% PAE from a +5V supply voltage, this amplifier delivers reliable and consistent performance across various applications. What sets the HMC441 apart is its optional gate bias, which enables users to adjust gain, RF output power, and DC power dissipation according to specific requirements.
