The MIC29150/29300/29500/29750 voltage regulators offer high-current, high-accuracy, and low-dropout performance, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. With their proprietary Super βeta PNP® process and PNP pass element, these regulators provide typical dropout voltages of 350mV to 425mV at full load, as well as very low ground current.
