LM285D-1.2R2G 일반적인 설명
The LM285D-1.2R2G is part of the LM285/LM385 series, consisting of micropower two-terminal bandgap voltage regulator diodes designed to operate across a wide current range of 10 µA to 20 mA. With exceptional features such as low dynamic impedance, minimal noise, and stable operation over time and temperature, these devices are able to achieve tight voltage tolerances through on-chip trimming. Their large dynamic operating range allows for use in applications with widely varying supplies, offering excellent regulation. The devices' extremely low operating current makes them ideal for micropower circuitry including portable instrumentation, regulators, and other analog circuitry where extended battery life is a priority. Packaged in a low-cost TO-226AA plastic case, the LM285/LM385 series is available in two voltage versions: 1.235 and 2.500 V, distinguished by the device suffix. The LM285 is specified over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range, while the LM385 is rated from 0°C to +70°C. Furthermore, the LM385 is available in a surface mount plastic package with voltages of 1.235 and 2.500 V
