With its compact and high-performance inverter solution, this product integrates low-loss short-circuit rated IGBTs and optimized gate drivers in a fully isolated package, delivering a simple and robust design. Furthermore, to enhance system reliability, the FNB41060 is equipped with a built-in NTC for temperature monitoring, integrated under-voltage lock-out function for both high and low side, and an over-current protection input. Notably, the product allows for three leg current sensing through three separate open-emitter pins for low side IGBTs, and features built-in bootstrap diodes and dedicated VS pins to ease PCB layout
