With 128 bytes of non-volatile RAM, this chip ensures reliable data retention even in the event of power loss. The lithium coin-cell battery backup provides continuous operation, making it ideal for devices that require uninterrupted timekeeping functionality. Power-fail write protection allows for ±10% VCC power supply tolerance
