The AD8364ACPZ-REEL7 is a dual-channel RF power measurement subsystem that offers precise measurement and control of signal power in communication systems. Operating on a single 5V supply, each channel is fully specified for operation up to 2.7 GHz, providing a dynamic range of 60dB. This makes the AD8364 a versatile solution for monitoring and controlling RF power amplifiers and radio transceiver AGC circuits. The device features accurately scaled, independent rms outputs for both RF measurement channels, as well as difference output ports to measure channel variances. Its on-chip channel matching ensures stable rms channel difference outputs, unaffected by temperature and process variations. Additionally, the AD8364 includes a temperature sensor with a voltage output proportional to temperature, specified over the device's operating temperature range, adding to its overall functionality and reliability
